(805 ILCS 15/15) (from Ch. 32, par. 645)

Sec. 15. Each individual shareholder, director, officer, agent, or employee licensed pursuant to the Medical Practice Act of 1987 who is employed by a corporation subject to this Act shall remain subject to discipline for his conduct under the provisions of the Medical Practice Act of 1987.
