Sec. 6.
Wherever in this Act the words "special charter" are used they
shall be construed to mean the special law of this state by virtue of which
the corporation, association or society exists, irrespective of whether or
not in such special law such charter is referred to as the charter or
special charter of the corporation, association or society.
