(820 ILCS 25/2) (from Ch. 48, par. 2d)

Sec. 2. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not more than $300 for each such violation. Each day such advertising appears shall be deemed a separate offense.
