Updating the database of the Illinois Compiled Statutes (ILCS) is an ongoing process.
Recent laws may not yet be included in the ILCS database, but they are found on this site as
Public
Acts soon after they become law. For information concerning the relationship between statutes and Public Acts, refer to the
Guide.
Because the statute database is maintained primarily for legislative drafting purposes,
statutory changes are sometimes included in the statute database before they take effect.
If the source note at the end of a Section of the statutes includes a Public Act that has
not yet taken effect, the version of the law that is currently in effect may have already
been removed from the database and you should refer to that Public Act to see the changes
made to the current law.

Sec. 2.
In order to be acceptable for filing, reproduced copies shall
conform to the following standards:
(a) be facsimiles of the official form, produced by |
| photo-offset, photoengraving, photocopying, or other similar reproduction process;

|
(b) be on paper of substantially the same weight and
|
| texture and of a quality at least as good as that used in the official form;
|
|
(c) substantially duplicate the colors of the
|
|
(d) have a high degree of legibility, both as to the
|
| original form and as to matter filled in; the agency with which a report is required to be filed may reject any illegible reproduction and reject any process which fails to meet this standard;
|
|
(e) be on paper perforated in the same manner as the
|
|
(f) be of the same size as the official form, both as
|
| to the dimensions of the paper and the image produced.
