Recent laws may not yet be included in the ILCS database, but they are found on this site as Public Acts soon after they become law. Because the statute database is maintained primarily for legislative drafting purposes, statutory changes are sometimes included in the statute database before they take effect. If the source note at the end of a Section of the statutes includes a Public Act that has not yet taken effect, the version of the law that is currently in effect may have already been removed from the database and you should refer to that Public Act to see the changes made to the current law.

Sec. 12-4.105. Human poison control center; payment program.

Subject to funding availability resulting from transfers made from the Hospital Provider Fund to the Healthcare Provider Relief Fund as authorized under this Code, for State fiscal year 2017 and State fiscal year 2018, and for each State fiscal year thereafter in which the assessment under Section 5A-2 is imposed, the Department of Healthcare and Family Services shall pay to the human poison control center designated under the Poison Control System Act an amount of not less than $3,000,000 for each of State fiscal years 2017 through 2020, and for State fiscal years 2021 through 2023 an amount of not less than $3,750,000 and for State fiscal years 2024 through 2026 an amount of not less than $4,000,000 and for the period July 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026 an amount
of not less than $2,000,000, if the human poison control center is in operation.
