Information maintained by the Legislative Reference Bureau
Updating the database of the Illinois Compiled Statutes (ILCS) is an ongoing process. Recent laws may not yet be included in the ILCS database, but they are found on this site as Public Acts soon after they become law. For information concerning the relationship between statutes and Public Acts, refer to the Guide.

Because the statute database is maintained primarily for legislative drafting purposes, statutory changes are sometimes included in the statute database before they take effect. If the source note at the end of a Section of the statutes includes a Public Act that has not yet taken effect, the version of the law that is currently in effect may have already been removed from the database and you should refer to that Public Act to see the changes made to the current law.

330 ILCS 21/46

    (330 ILCS 21/46)
(Section scheduled to be repealed on July 17, 2023)
Sec. 46. Reports and evaluation. At the end of every 6-month period following the contract award, and again prior to final contract payout and closure, a selected design-build entity shall detail, in a written report submitted to the State agency, its efforts and success in implementing the entity's plan to comply with the utilization goals for business enterprises established in the Business Enterprise for Minorities, Women, and Persons with Disabilities Act and Section 2-105 of the Illinois Human Rights Act. If the entity's performance in implementing the plan falls short of the performance measures and outcomes set forth in the plans submitted by the entity during the proposal process, the entity shall, in a detailed written report, inform the General Assembly and the Governor whether and to what degree each design-build contract authorized under this Act promoted the utilization goals for business enterprises established in the Business Enterprise for Minorities, Women, and Persons with Disabilities Act and Section 2-105 of the Illinois Human Rights Act.
