Updating the database of the Illinois Compiled Statutes (ILCS) is an ongoing process.
Recent laws may not yet be included in the ILCS database, but they are found on this site as
Public
Acts soon after they become law. For information concerning the relationship between statutes and Public Acts, refer to the
Guide.
Because the statute database is maintained primarily for legislative drafting purposes,
statutory changes are sometimes included in the statute database before they take effect.
If the source note at the end of a Section of the statutes includes a Public Act that has
not yet taken effect, the version of the law that is currently in effect may have already
been removed from the database and you should refer to that Public Act to see the changes
made to the current law.

Sec. 15-5. SCHEDULE 1; generic felony offenses.
SCHEDULE 1: Unless assessments are imposed by the court under another schedule of this Act, for a felony offense, the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall collect $549 and remit as follows: (1)
As the county's portion, $354 to the county treasurer, who shall deposit the money as follows: (A) $20 into the Court Automation Fund; (B) $20 into the Court Document Storage Fund; (C) $5 into the Circuit Court Clerk Operation and |

(D) $255 into the county's General Fund;
(E)
$10 into the Child Advocacy Center Fund;
(F) $2 into the State's Attorney Records Automation

(G) $2 into the Public Defender Records Automation
|
|
(H) $20 into the County Jail Medical Costs Fund;
and
(I) $20 into the Probation and Court Services Fund.
(2) As the State's portion, $195 to the State Treasurer, who shall deposit the money as follows:
(A) $50 into the State Police Operations Assistance

(B) $100 into the Violent Crime Victims Assistance
|
|
(C) $10 into the State Police Merit Board Public
|

(D) $35 into the Traffic and Criminal Conviction
