Updating the database of the Illinois Compiled Statutes (ILCS) is an ongoing process.
Recent laws may not yet be included in the ILCS database, but they are found on this site as
Public
Acts soon after they become law. For information concerning the relationship between statutes and Public Acts, refer to the
Guide.
Because the statute database is maintained primarily for legislative drafting purposes,
statutory changes are sometimes included in the statute database before they take effect.
If the source note at the end of a Section of the statutes includes a Public Act that has
not yet taken effect, the version of the law that is currently in effect may have already
been removed from the database and you should refer to that Public Act to see the changes
made to the current law.

Sec. 1a.
Driver's license, Illinois Identification Card, and Illinois
Person with a Disability Identification Card lists. Driver's license, Illinois
Identification Card, and Illinois Person with a Disability Identification Card
holder's lists used
for the preparation of jury lists, as provided in Section 1 of this Act,
shall be furnished to either the Administrative Office of the Illinois
Courts, or the county board of each county, except those counties
which have jury commissioners as provided in the Jury Commission Act, by the Secretary of State from records
in his office. The lists shall contain a list of the persons in
that county
holding valid driver's licenses, Illinois Identification Cards, or Illinois
Person with a Disability Identification Cards who are 18 years of age or older and
shall
be arranged alphabetically, by county, and shall contain the name, age, and
address of each driver's license, Illinois Identification Card, or Illinois
Person with a Disability Identification Card holder on the list, and the date of
issuance of each license.
