Illinois Compiled Statutes (ILCS)
Updating the database of the Illinois Compiled Statutes (ILCS) is an ongoing process. Recent laws may not yet be included in the ILCS database, but they are found on this site as Public Acts soon after they become law. For information concerning the relationship between statutes and Public Acts, refer to the Guide.
Because the statute database is maintained primarily for legislative drafting purposes, statutory changes are sometimes included in the statute database before they take effect. If the source note at the end of a Section of the statutes includes a Public Act that has not yet taken effect, the version of the law that is currently in effect may have already been removed from the database and you should refer to that Public Act to see the changes made to the current law.
(50 ILCS 707/15) Sec. 15. Rules; in-car video camera grants. (a) The Board shall develop model rules for the use of in-car video cameras to be adopted by law enforcement agencies that receive grants under Section 10 of this Act. (b) Each law enforcement agency receiving a grant for in-car video cameras under Section 10 of this Act must provide an annual report to the Board, the Governor, and the General Assembly on or before May 1 of the year following the receipt of the grant and by each May 1 thereafter during the period of the grant. (3) a brief description of the review process used by | ||

(4) a list of any criminal, traffic, ordinance, and | ||

(5) any other information relevant to the | ||
