Prior to the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 102nd General Assembly, the Second Judicial District consists of the counties of Jo
Daviess, Stephenson, Carroll, Ogle, Lee, Winnebago, Boone, McHenry, Lake,
DeKalb, Kane, Kendall and DuPage.

DeWitt, Macon, Piatt, Moultrie, Champaign, Douglas, Vermilion, Edgar,
Coles, Cumberland and Clark.
