Sec. 1.
Short title.
This Act may be cited as the Federal Law Enforcement Officer Immunity Act.

Sec. 5. Definition. As used in this Act, "federal law enforcement
officer" means any officer, agent, or employee of the federal government
commissioned by federal statute to make arrests for violations of federal
criminal laws, including but not limited to, all criminal investigators of:
(a) The United States Department of Justice, the | ||

(b) The United States Department of the Treasury, the | ||
| ||
(c) The United States Internal Revenue Service;
(d) The United States General Services Administration;
(e) The United States Postal Service;
(f) (Blank); and

Sec. 10. Immunity. A federal law enforcement officer while acting as a
peace officer under Section 2-13 of the Criminal Code of 2012 is not liable for
his or her act or omission in the execution or enforcement of any law unless
the act or omission constitutes wilful and wanton conduct.
