1 AN ACT to amend the Criminal Code of 1961 by changing
2 Section 16A-2.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Criminal Code of 1961 is amended by
6 changing Section 16A-2 as follows:
7 (720 ILCS 5/16A-2) (from Ch. 38, par. 16A-2)
8 Sec. 16A-2. Definitions. In For the purposes of this
9 Article, the words and phrases defined in Section 16A-2.1
10 through 16A-2.11 have the meanings ascribed to them in those
11 Sections unless a contrary meaning is clear from the context.
