          Creates the Reduction in Government Spending Act with the
      short title as the only provision.

 1        AN ACT to create the  Reduction  in  Government  Spending
 2    Act.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section 1.  Short title.  This Act may be  cited  as  the
 6    Reduction in Government Spending Act.
