2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 23, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to the page and line numbers of Senate
4 Amendment 1, on page 20, in lines 10 and 11, by deleting "in
5 the nominee name of an investment adviser appointed under
6 Section 1-113.5,"; and
7 on page 20, in lines 19 and 20, by deleting "an investment
8 adviser appointed under Section 1-113.5,"; and
9 by deleting lines 27 through 32 on page 25 and lines 1 and 2
10 on page 26; and
11 by deleting lines 29 through 33 on page 28 and line 1 on page
12 29; and
13 on page 34, in line 29, by changing "$10,000" to "$6,000";
14 and
15 on page 41, in line 22, by changing "Prior to making its
16 report, the board" to "Before the board makes its report, the
17 municipality"; and
18 on page 44, in line 26, by changing "Prior to making its
19 report, the board" to "Before the board makes its report, the
20 municipality".
