1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 47
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 47, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment
4 No. 1, on page 1, line 8, after "facility", by inserting
5 "that is a skilled nursing facility or an intermediate care
6 facility"; and
7 on page 2, by inserting after line 22 the following:
8 "(c) Subsections (a) and (b) of this Section shall not
9 apply to facilities that serve the developmentally disabled
10 population."; and
11 on page 4, line 4, by replacing "upon" with "July 1, 1998";
12 and
13 on page 4, line 5, by deleting "becoming law".
