1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 62
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 62 by replacing the
3 title with the following:
4 "AN ACT concerning children."; and
5 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the
6 following:
7 "Section 5. The Children and Family Services Act is
8 amended by changing Section 1.1 as follows:
9 (20 ILCS 505/1.1) (from Ch. 23, par. 5001.1)
10 Sec. 1.1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may
11 be cited as the Children and Family Services Act.

13 Section 10. The Juvenile Court Act of 1987 is amended by
14 changing Section 1-1 as follows:
15 (705 ILCS 405/1-1) (from Ch. 37, par. 801-1)
16 Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may
17 be cited as the Juvenile Court Act of 1987.
