2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 116 on page 1, line
3 10, by replacing "1998" with "1999"; and
4 on line 14, by replacing "special, or high school" with "or
5 secondary certificate or a certification designation for
6 special education, bilingual education, a fundamental
7 learning area, or another area designated by the State Board
8 of Education,"; and
9 on line 15, by deleting "certificate,"; and
10 on line 28, by replacing "1998" with "1999".
