1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 242
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 242 as follows:
3 on page 1, lines 2, 6, and 7 by replacing "2.30" each time it
4 appears with "3B.09a"; and
5 on page 1, line 8, by replacing "2.30" with "3B.09a"; and
6 on page 1, line 8, by replacing "The" with "Effective July 1,
7 1999 and after first adopting an ordinance imposing terms and
8 conditions designed to protect the safety and convenience of
9 passengers, the Commuter Rail Board may"; and
10 on page 1, line 9, by deleting "Regional Transportation
11 Authority shall".
