1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 296
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 296 on page 1, line
3 9, after "Department" by inserting "of Human Rights"; and
4 on page 1, by replacing lines 12 through 22 with the
5 following:
6 "composed exclusively of victims of violent crime. The
7 members of the Commission shall be appointed by the
8 Governor. The Governor shall designate 2 members of the
9 Commission to serve as co-chairs of the Commission. All
10 appointments shall be made by".
