1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 320
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 320 on page 7, by
3 replacing lines 28 through 33 with the following:
4 "equipped with a front bumper. The provisions of this
5 subsection (h) shall not apply to any vehicle or combination
6 of vehicles specifically designed for the collection and
7 transportation of waste, garbage, or recyclable materials if
8 the vehicle is traveling at a speed not in excess of 15 miles
9 per hour during the vehicle's operation and in the course of
10 collecting garbage, waste, or recyclable materials. However,
11 in no instance shall the load extend more than 7 feet beyond
12 the front wheels of the vehicle or the front bumper of the
13 vehicle if it is equipped with a front bumper.".
