1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 358
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 358 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 18 through 21 with the following:
4 ""Seller" means every person or entity who is an owner,
5 beneficiary of a trust, contract purchaser or lessee of a
6 ground lease, who has an interest (legal or"; and
7 on page 2, by replacing lines 30 through 32 with the
8 following:
9 "Sec. 30. Disclosure supplement. If prior to closing,
10 any seller has actual knowledge of an error, inaccuracy, or
11 omission in any prior disclosure document after delivery of
12 that disclosure document to a prospective buyer, that seller
13 shall supplement the prior disclosure document with a written
14 supplemental disclosure."; and
15 on page 3, by replacing lines 1 and 2 with "If".
