Amends the Fair and Exposition Transfer of Funds Act by
making a technical change to the Section concerning the
transfer of funds from the Fair and Exposition Fund to the
Agricultural Premium Fund.

1 AN ACT to amend the Fair and Exposition Transfer of Funds
2 Act by changing Section 1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Fair and Exposition Transfer of Funds Act
6 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
7 (30 ILCS 135/1) (from Ch. 127, par. 167f2)
8 Sec. 1. Transfer from Fair and Exposition Fund to
9 Agricultural Premium Fund. The State Comptroller and the
10 State Treasurer shall from time to time, upon the direction
11 of the Governor, transfer from the Fair and Exposition Fund
12 to the Agricultural Premium Fund in the State treasury any
13 such amounts that as the Governor determines are in excess of
14 the amount required to meet the obligations of the Fair and
15 Exposition Fund.
