5 ILCS 80/4.9a new
Amends the Regulatory Agency Sunset Act. Provides for
the repeal on January 1, 1999 of the Dental Service Plan Act,
Health Maintenance Organization Act, Limited Health Service
Organization Act, Pharmaceutical Service Plan Act, Vision
Service Plan Act, and Voluntary Health Services Plans Act.

1 AN ACT to amend the Regulatory Agency Sunset Act by
2 adding Section 4.9a.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Regulatory Agency Sunset Act is amended
6 by adding Section 4.9a as follows:
7 (5 ILCS 80/4.9a new)
8 Sec. 4.9a. Acts repealed January 1, 1999. The following
9 Acts are repealed January 1, 1999:
10 The Dental Service Plan Act.
11 The Health Maintenance Organization Act.
12 The Limited Health Service Organization Act.
13 The Pharmaceutical Service Plan Act.
14 The Vision Service Plan Act.
15 The Voluntary Health Services Plans Act.
