2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 425, AS AMENDED, by
3 replacing the title with the following:
4 "AN ACT concerning legal assistance."; and
5 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the
6 following:
7 "Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the
8 Illinois Equal Justice Assistance Act.".
