Amends the Children and Family Services Act. Provides
that the Department of Children and Family Services shall
visit, not less often then once each month, each of its wards
in foster care.

1 AN ACT to amend the Children and Family Services Act by
2 adding Section 5c.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Children and Family Services Act is
6 amended by adding Section 5c as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 505/5c new)
8 Sec. 5c. Foster care visits. The Department shall
9 visit, not less often than once each month, each of its wards
10 in foster care.
