1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 473
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 473 on page 15,
3 line 8, after "(53)", by inserting the following:
4 "for a period of 3 years after the effective date of this
5 amendatory Act of 1997,"; and
6 on page 15, line 21, by replacing "goals." with "goals;"; and
7 on page 15, immediately below line 21, by inserting the
8 following:
9 "(55) for a period of 24 months from the effective
10 date of this amendatory Act of 1997, by the City of
11 Champaign for the acquisition of land and easements in
12 and adjacent to the City of Champaign for the improvement
13 of Windsor Road and Duncan Road and for the construction
14 of the Boneyard Creek Improvement Project."; and
15 on page 31, line 5, after "(53)", by inserting the following:
16 "for a period of 3 years after the effective date of this
17 amendatory Act of 1997,"; and
18 on page 31, line 18, by replacing "goals." with "goals;"; and
19 on page 31, immediately below line 18, by inserting the
20 following:
21 "(55) for a period of 24 months from the effective
