1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 567
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 567 on page 1, by
3 inserting immediately after line 17 the following:
4 "For purposes of this Section, "restaurant" is defined as
5 any establishment that: (i) accommodates the public; (ii) is
6 equipped with a dining room with facilities for preparing and
7 serving regular meals; and (iii) has average daily receipts
8 from the sale of food greater than the average daily receipts
9 from the sale of alcoholic beverages.".
