Amends the Riverboat Gambling Act. Makes a technical
change in the Section concerning the annual report of the
Board.

1 AN ACT to amend the Riverboat Gambling Act by changing
2 Section 16.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Riverboat Gambling Act is amended by
6 changing Section 16 as follows:
7 (230 ILCS 10/16) (from Ch. 120, par. 2416)
8 Sec. 16. Annual Report of Board. The Board shall make
9 an annual report to the Governor, for the period ending
10 December 31 of each year. Included in the report shall be an
11 account of the Board actions, its financial position and
12 results of operation under this Act, the practical results
13 attained under this Act and any recommendations for
14 legislation that which the Board deems advisable.
