1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 615
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 615 on page 3, line
3 12, before the comma, by inserting "for a minor who is the
4 subject of an abuse, neglect, or dependency petition under
5 this Act"; and
6 on page 3, line 19, by replacing "if it is in writing" with
7 "only if it is in writing and it is approved by the juvenile
8 court based upon a finding that contact, as envisioned in
9 the agreement, would be in the best interests of the minor".
