2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 678 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 9 through 15 with the following:
4 "(1) If the brewer or wholesaler who is a party to an";
5 and
6 on page 1, line 21, after "agreement" by inserting the
7 following:
8 ", provided that any such suit shall be filed in a State or
9 federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Illinois".
