1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 762
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 762 as follows:
3 on page 1, line 2, by deleting "4-204,"; and
4 on page 1, line 6, by deleting "4-204,"; and
5 on page 9, line 8, after "confidential", by inserting the
6 following:
7 ", provided that nothing in this subsection (m) shall limit
8 disclosure of any notification of accident involvement to any
9 law enforcement agency or official"; and
10 on page 10, by deleting lines 3 thourgh 33; and
11 on page 11, by deleting lines 1 through 19; and
12 on page 14, by replacing lines 4 through 7 with the
13 following:
14 "disablement; if the towing vehicle is equipped with a flat
15 bed that supports all wheels of the vehicle being
16 transported, the lights shall not be lighted while the
17 vehicle is engaged in towing on a highway; if the towing
18 vehicle is not equipped with a flat bed that supports all
19 wheels of a vehicle being transported, the lights shall be
20 lighted and while the such towing vehicle is vehicles are
21 engaged in towing on a highway during all times when the use
22 of headlights is required under Section 12-201 of this

1 Code;"; and
2 on page 18, by replacing lines 11 through 14 with the
3 following:
4 "disablement; if the towing vehicle is equipped with a flat
5 bed that supports all wheels of the vehicle being
6 transported, the lights shall not be lighted while the
7 vehicle is engaged in towing on a highway; if the towing
8 vehicle is not equipped with a flat bed that supports all
9 wheels of a vehicle being transported, the lights shall be
10 lighted and while the such towing vehicle is vehicles are
11 engaged in towing on a highway during all times when the use
12 of headlights is required under Section 12-201 of this
13 Code;"; and
14 on page 26, by replacing lines 4 through 8 with the
15 following:

18 on page 26, line 8, by deleting "miles"; and
19 on page 27, line 5, by replacing "25" with "20".
