title of an Act in the provisions relating to grant
entitlements issued by the State Board of Education.

1 AN ACT to amend the School Code by changing Section 1A-6.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing
5 Section 1A-6 as follows:
6 (105 ILCS 5/1A-6) (from Ch. 122, par. 1A-6)
7 Sec. 1A-6. Powers and duties of the Board under the
8 Capital Assistance Program.
9 The Board is authorized to issue grant entitlements for
10 Planning Assistance, School Construction Projects and Debt
11 Service and to determine the priority order for Planning
12 Assistance grants and School Construction Project grants as
13 provided for under Article 1A of the "Capital Development
14 Board Act", approved July 10, 1972, as amended.
