1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 883
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 883 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 13 through 31 with the following:
4 "inhabitants and $100 $80 in counties of 3,000,000 or more
5 inhabitants. In counties of less than 3,000,000 inhabitants,
6 a fee of $20 In all counties, a like sum shall be paid for
7 each year that an installment of subsequent taxes, or portion
8 thereof is paid by the tax"; and
9 on page 2, by replacing lines 1 through 3 with the following:
10 "purchaser and posted to the tax judgment, sale, redemption
11 and forfeiture record where the underlying certificate of
12 purchase is recorded. In counties of 3,000,000 or more
13 inhabitants, a fee of $100 shall be paid for each installment
14 of subsequent taxes, or portion thereof, paid by the tax
15 purchaser and posted to the tax judgment, sale, redemption,
16 and forfeiture record where the underlying certificate is
17 recorded. The amount paid prior to issuance of".
