Appropriates $1,000,000 to the Department of Natural
Resources from the Build Illinois Bond Fund for expenditure
by the Division of Water Resources for Phase III of the
Willow-Higgins Creek infrastructure improvement project.

1 AN ACT making appropriations to the Department of Natural
2 Resources.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much of that
6 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department
7 of Natural Resources from the Build Illinois Bond Fund for
8 expenditure by the Division of Water Resources for Phase III
9 of the Willow-Higgins Creek infrastructure improvement
10 project.
11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
12 1, 1997.
