1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 914
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 914 on page 6, in
3 line 6, by inserting after the period the following:
4 "Only uncompensated, unused sick leave earned in accordance
5 with an employer's sick leave accrual policy generally
6 applicable to employees or a class of employees shall be
7 taken into account in calculating service credit under this
8 Section. Any uncompensated, unused sick leave granted by an
9 employer to facilitate the hiring, retirement, termination,
10 or other special circumstances of an employee shall not be
11 taken into account in calculating service credit under this
12 Section."; and
13 on page 6, by deleting lines 19 through 22.
