3 replacing lines 6 and 7 with the following:
4 ""Secretary" means the Secretary of Human Services."; and
5 on page 2, line 18, by replacing "Director" with "Secretary";
6 and
7 on page 5, lines 22, 29, and 32, by replacing "Director" with
8 "Secretary" each time it appears; and
9 on page 6, line 30, by replacing "Director" with "Secretary".
