1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 982
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 982 on page 3, line
3 27, by deleting "only"; and
4 on page 3, line 28, by changing "entire" to "property as his,
5 her, or their principal"; and
6 on page 3, by replacing lines 29 through 34 with the
7 following:
8 "(s) "Owner-occupied multi-family residence" means
9 residential property comprised of not more than 6 living
10 units in which the title holder of record (i) holds fee
11 simple ownership and (ii) occupies one unit as his, her, or
12 their principal residence. The remaining units may be
13 leased."; and
14 on page 4, by deleting lines 1 and 2.
