1 AN ACT to amend the Metropolitan Water Reclamation
2 District Act by changing Section 19a.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District
6 Act is amended by changing Section 19a as follows:
7 (70 ILCS 2605/19a) (from Ch. 42, par. 340)
8 Sec. 19a. No person shall be an incompetent judge or
9 juror by reason of his or her being an inhabitant or or owner
10 or life tenant of real estate in any sanitary district formed
11 under the provisions hereof in any action in which such
12 sanitary district may be a party in interest.
