Appropriates $250,000 to the Illinois Community College
Board for a grant to Olive Harvey Community College to
operate the Probation Challenge Program. Effective

1 AN ACT making an appropriation to the Illinois Community
2 College Board.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The sum of $250,000, or so much of that
6 amount as is necessary, is appropriated to the Illinois
7 Community College Board for a grant to Olive Harvey Community
8 College to operate the Probation Challenge Program.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
10 becoming a law.
