1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1076
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1076, AS AMENDED,
3 in Section 10, Sec. 4.1, by replacing all of the second
4 grammatical paragraph with the following:
5 "The task force shall be comprised of 11 members. The
6 task force shall include one representative from the
7 Department of Professional Regulation, one representative
8 from the Department of Public Health, and 9 persons
9 representing various nursing and health care provider
10 organizations in Illinois, including, but not limited to, a
11 representative from the Illinois Nurses Association, Illinois
12 Organization of Nurse Leaders, Illinois Hospital and
13 HealthSystems Association, Illinois Health Care Association,
14 Illinois Coalition of Nursing Organizations, Life Services
15 Network, Licensed Practical Nursing Association of Illinois,
16 Certified Nurse Aide Educators, and Illinois Homecare
17 Council.".
