2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1089 on page 1,
3 line 14, by replacing "To" with "Except in counties having a
4 population of more than 3,000,000, to"; and
5 on page 1, line 19, after the period, by inserting the
6 following:
7 "Nothing in this Section shall be construed to require a
8 county board to comply with this Section.".
