1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1098
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1098, by deleting
3 lines 33 and 34 on page 4 and lines 1 and 2 of page 5; and
4 on line 33 of page 5, by deleting "that costs"; and
5 by replacing lines 1 through 5 of page 6 with the following:
6 "remodeling, renovation or reconstruction project affecting
7 one or more areas of a school building which cumulatively are
8 equal to 50% or more of the square footage of the school
9 building."; and
10 by adding after line 30 the following:
11 "Section 99. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.".
