1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1123
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1123 on page 2,
3 line 24, by inserting ", State's attorneys," after "judges";
4 and
5 on page 2, line 29, by inserting ", State's attorneys," after
6 "judges"; and
7 on page 3, by replacing lines 30 and 31 with the following:
8 "of the increases in salary taking effect after December 31,
9 1998 provided by Public Act 85-1451 and this amendatory Act
10 of 1994."; and
11 on page 9, by replacing lines 22 and 23 with the following:
12 "of the increases in salary taking effect after December 31,
13 1988 provided by Public Act 85-1451 and this amendatory Act
14 of 1994."; and
15 on page 14, by replacing lines 28 through 30 with the
16 following:
17 "1988, 100% of the increases in salary taking effect after
18 December 31, 1988, provided by Public Acts 85-1451 and
19 86-1486, and 100% of the increase in salary provided by this
20 amendatory Act of 1994 and Cook County shall".
