New Act
Authorizes the Secretary of Transportation to convey
Griswold Lake in McHenry County to the Fox Waterway Agency.

1 AN ACT concerning a land conveyance.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Secretary of Transportation is authorized
5 to convey by quitclaim deed all right, title, and interest in
6 and to Griswold Lake, located in Sections 17, 18, 19, and 20,
7 of Township 44 North; Range 9 East; 3d Principal Meridian, in
8 the civil township of Nunda, McHenry County, Illinois, to the
9 Fox Waterway Agency.
10 Section 10. The Secretary of Transportation shall obtain
11 a certified copy of this Act within 60 days after its
12 effective date and shall record the certified document in the
13 Recorder's Office in McHenry County.
14 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
15 becoming law.
