1 AN ACT to amend the Park District Code by changing
2 Section 11.2-1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Park District Code is amended by changing
6 Section 11.2-1 as follows:
7 (70 ILCS 1205/11.2-1) (from Ch. 105, par. 11.2-1)
8 Sec. 11.2-1. Working Cash Fund. In each park district a
9 fund to be known as a "Working Cash Fund" may be created, set
10 apart, maintained and administered in the manner prescribed
11 in this Article, for the purpose of enabling the district to
12 have in its treasury at all time sufficient money to meet
13 demands thereon for ordinary and necessary expenditures for
14 corporate purposes.
