neutral in the Section concerning conveyance of real estate

1 AN ACT to amend the Township Code by changing Section
2 105-10.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Township Code is amended by changing
6 Section 105-10 as follows:
7 (60 ILCS 1/105-10)
8 Sec. 105-10. Deed. When any conveyance of real estate
9 is made by a township, the deed shall recite the order of the
10 township meeting directing the conveyance. The recital is
11 prima facie evidence of the making and contents of the order.
12 The deed shall be signed by the supervisor in his or her
13 official capacity and attested by the township clerk unless
14 the meeting ordered that the deed be made by some other
15 officers or persons.
