20 ILCS 3915/10 new
Amends the Arts Council Act. Provides that, subject to
appropriation, the Illinois Arts Council shall make a
building repair grant to the Katherine Dunham Centers for
Arts and Humanities. Effective July 1, 1997.

1 AN ACT to amend the Arts Council Act by adding Section
2 10.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Arts Council Act is amended by adding
6 Section 10 as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 3915/10 new)
8 Sec. 10. Building grant. Subject to appropriation, the
9 Illinois Arts Council shall make a grant to the Katherine
10 Dunham Centers for Arts and Humanities for the repair of
11 buildings.
12 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
13 1, 1997.
