1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1454
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1454 on page 3,
3 line 7, by replacing "and (e), and (h)" with "(e), and (h)";
4 and
5 on page 3, by replacing lines 9 and 10 with the following:
6 "referendum; and (j) made for payments of principal and"; and
7 on page 4, by replacing lines 9 through 16 with the
8 following:
9 "District Act to finance flood control projects or to finance
10 construction projects initiated before October 1, 1991
11 including, without limitation, all portions of the Tunnel and
12 Reservoir Plan, or made for payments of principal and
13 interest on bonds issued to refund or continue to refund
14 bonds issued to finance such flood control projects or such
15 construction projects; (i) made for payments of principal and
16 interest on limited bonds, as defined in Section 3 of the
17 Local Government Debt Reform Act, in an amount not to exceed
18 the debt service extension base less the amount in items (b),
19 (c), and (e), and (h) of this definition for non-referendum
20 obligations, except obligations initially issued pursuant to
21 referendum; (j) made for payments of principal and interest".
