Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent
expenses of the Supreme Court for fiscal year 1998.

1 AN ACT making appropriations to the Supreme Court.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The following named sums, or so much thereof
5 as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated to the
6 Supreme Court to pay the ordinary and contingent expenses of
7 certain officers of the court system of Illinois as follows:

18 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Mandatory
19 Arbitration Fund to the Supreme Court for Mandatory
20 Arbitration Programs.
21 Section 99. This Act takes effect July 1, 1997.
