Appropriates $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to
the Department of Natural Resources for the purpose of making
a grant to the Village of De Pue for shoreline stabilization
and improvements of Lake De Pue. Effective July 1, 1997.

1 AN ACT making an appropriation to the Department of
2 Natural Resources.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much of that
6 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
7 Revenue Fund to the Department of Natural Resources for the
8 purpose of making a grant to the Village of De Pue to
9 implement shoreline stabilization and improvements for Lake
10 De Pue.
11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
12 1, 1997.
